Prices
All prices are quoted in Euro and include 25% Swedish VAT.
Minimum order value
For shipping to Finland/Denmark, there’s a minimum order value of 40 Euro.
Who can make purchases?
To make purchases in the webshop, you must be at least 18 years old. Otherwise you need the permission of a legal guardian. Currently, only Swedish, Danish and Finnish shipping addresses are approved. If you place an order and don’t provide a Swedish, Danish or Finnish shipping address, your order will be cancelled.
Freight
There is a fixed shipping cost of 12 Euro including VAT on all orders. All orders are handled by DHL, and will be delivered to your nearest DHL pickup point or parcel locker (DHL Parcel Connect).
Product pictures
Keep in mind that different computer monitors feature different colour rendering, and that the images may therefore differ. Product images are to be seen as illustrations and cannot guarantee accurate representation of the appearance and nature of the product.
Order confirmation
An automatic order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided on the order. Remember to save this confirmation until your purchase has been completed. The order number of this confirmation should always be stated when contacting us regarding your order.
Delivery time
Orders are shipped continuously, and are usually shipped within 1-4 working days, and delivered within 3-8 working days. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies. Your order will be shipped via DHL, and picked up at your nearest DHL agent. You will be notified via sms, email and/or post.
Package not picked up
We reserve the right to charge 18 Euro for packages that have not been picked up, to cover shipping and handling costs. This cost will be deducted from the original purchase price when the refund is processed.
Complaints / Return policy / Open Purchase / Exchange policy / Price guarantee
If you experience the delivered item as incorrect or faulty, a complaint should be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date. The delivery date refers to the date you picked up your package from the pickup point. You submit a complaint by simply sending an email with clear information about why the product is considered faulty, preferably with an additional photo, and provide your name, phone number and order number. Send the email to info@linajohansson.se.
Please note that shipping damages, i.e. damages incurred during delivery, must be reported to the agent where the goods have been collected. Refunds will be made within 14 days of the return and approval of your complaint.
According to the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to undo your purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods (the date you collect your parcel from the pickup point). Always inform us that you wish to make a repurchase before you return the product. This is most easily done by sending an email to info@linajohasson.se, where you provide your name, phone number, order number and specify the item. The product should be returned unused in its unchanged condition, including any product packaging, and posted to be returned within 14 days. Refunds will be made within 14 days of our return and acceptance of your repurchase.
A return ticket can be ordered at a cost of 14 Euro. This cost will be deducted from the original purchase price when the refund is processed. Contact info@linajohansson.se to order a return ticket.
If you wish to make a product exchange, this is handled through a repurchase where you return the item you purchased (see conditions for this above), and instead make a new purchase of the item you wish to exchange for.
We offer a price guarantee within 14 days of receipt of the goods. This means that if the product you purchased will be available at a lower price during this time period, you can request a refund of the price difference. To request such a refund, send an e-mail to info@linajohansson.se. You need to make this request no later than 14 days from the delivery date. This price guarantee only applies to www.linajohansson.se and does not include any other shops.
