Who can make purchases?
To make purchases in the webshop, you must be at least 18 years old. Otherwise you need the permission of a legal guardian. Currently, only Swedish shipping addresses are approved. If you place an order and don’t provide a Swedish shipping adress, your order will be cancelled.
There is a fixed shipping cost of 59 SEK including VAT on all orders. All orders are handled by DHL, and will be delivered to your nearest DHL pickup point.
Keep in mind that different computer monitors feature different color rendering, and that the images may therefore differ. Product images are to be seen as illustrations and cannot guarantee accurate representation of the appearance and nature of the product.
An automatic order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided on the order. Remember to save this confirmation until your purchase has been completed. The order number of this confirmation should always be stated when contacting us regarding your order.
Orders are shipped continuously, and are usually delivered within 2-4 working days. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies. Your order will be shipped via DHL, and picked up at your nearest DHL agent. You will be notified via sms, email and/or post.
Package not picked up
We reserve the right to charge 200 SEK for packages that have not been picked up, to cover shipping and handling costs. This cost will be deducted from the original purchase price when the refund is processed. If the original purchase amount is lower than 200 SEK, the charge will be rounded off to this amount.
Complaints / Return policy / Open Purchase / Exchange policy / Price guarantee
If you experience the delivered item as incorrect or faulty, a complaint should be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date. The delivery date refers to the date you picked up your package from the pickup point. You submit a complaint by simply sending an email with clear information about why the product is considered faulty, preferably with an additional photo, and provide your name, phone number and order number. Send the email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that shipping damages, i.e. damages incurred during delivery, must be reported to the agent where the goods have been collected. Refunds will be made within 14 days of the return and approval of your complaint.
According to the the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to undo your purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods (the date you collect your parcel from the pickup point). Always inform us that you wish to make a repurchase before you return the product. This is most easily done by sending an email to email@example.com, where you provide your name, phone number, order number and specify the item. The product should be returned unused in its unchanged condition, including any product packaging, and posted to be returned within 14 days. Refunds will be made within 14 days of our return and acceptance of your repurchase.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping, or a return ticket can be ordered at a cost of 69 SEK. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to order a return ticket.
If you wish to make a product exchange, this is handled through a repurchase where you return the item you purchased (see conditions for this above), and instead make a new purchase of the item you wish to exchange for.
We offer price guarantee within 14 days of receipt of the goods. This means that if the product you purchased will be available at a lower price during this time period, you can request a refund of the price difference. To request such a refund, send an e-mail to email@example.com. You need to make this request no later than 14 days from the delivery date. This price guarantee only apply to www.linajohansson.se and does not include any other shops.
